Few words about Ukraudit

The Ukraudit was registered in 1993. We are concentrated on audit and consulting services in accounting and related areas. But any options of services are possible. We are always targeted at extending a client service pattern.
Over 10 years we have been supporting our clients in their work in a dramatically changed Ukrainian legislation environment and accounting rules. We assist to the owners (investors) to get clear vision of economical position of their companies. We are registered by Ukrainian Audit Chamber under #225 and have a legal permission to provide Ukrainian Standard Audit for clients in various branches of business, including manufacturing, trading, servicing and also for banks and investment companies.

The advanced computer technologies are used to support our fieldwork and save client's time.
We are giving support to our clients on tax optimization in Ukraine and related double taxation issues.
We successfully worked in cooperation with Deloitte & Touche Kiev on common projects - IAS and Ukrainian audits. We have practically tested methodology of transformation (or transposition) of Ukrainian Financial statements to IAS.
Several projects of accounting software implementation in medium range enterprises were successfully completed with UKRAUDIT support.
We have been providing services for a few years in consolidation of accounts for multi branches companies and preparation of consolidated Financial Statements and management accounting.
The economical modeling and investment project analysis and optimization are also interesting for us.
